What our partners and users say about us

  • “Partnering with digital health and monitoring experts such as Entia will further support Pfizer’s breakthrough therapies in an area where the burden of living with cancer is significant.”

    Pfizer

  • 'Financial toxicity is a huge problem for cancer patients so having access to technology like Liberty that could remove the need for some hospital appointments offers real benefits. Working in breast cancer, many of my patients are young women with jobs and families, trying to keep life as normal as possible. I know that having one less appointment to attend makes a real difference to them, taking a lot of stress out of their lives and giving them back a little more time and money.'

Dr Sacha J Howell FRCP PhD

Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Medical Oncology at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust

  • “Living with breast cancer, you often feel like your life is a series of medical appointments, and so much is out of your hands. But with the Liberty device, I felt like I had regained a sense of control. Being able to monitor my own blood levels from the comfort of my home was empowering, removing that element of a waiting game to see if I could go ahead with my chemotherapy treatment. I felt that I could focus on what really matters — my family and my own wellbeing. Liberty isn’t just a machine, it’s about managing my health on my own terms.“

    Janet, Wrexham

  • “I have been a nurse in the NHS for over 30 years, so I have seen firsthand the impact of empowering patients to take an active role in their own care. When I was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer, I felt like a small piece of my independence had been taken away. However, when Liberty was introduced into my treatment journey, it made it even easier to manage my health. It’s not just about the ease; it’s about feeling like you are in control of a situation that is often unpredictable. I can’t underestimate the psychological boost that this gives you as a patient.”

    Angela, Manchester

  • “You can be quite fatigued going through certain treatments so it can be really useful having the ability to test at home and knowing that it’s accurate and you don’t need to be going in to the hospital all the time“

    Anonymous

  • "A big challenge given the number of people we are treating in cancer clinics, is that we can’t normally turn around blood tests and provide chemotherapy in the same session. In reality, most patients will end up coming into the clinic at least twice in one week, once for bloods and again if the results are good and they can go ahead with treatment. Liberty could change this by allowing some patients to test at home. This would cut down on appointments for them and help us to save chair space in busy clinics, free up time for nurses and phlebotomists and ultimately allow us to plan treatments more efficiently. It’s an amazing concept."

Professor Peter Schmid, Clinical Director of the Breast Cancer Centre at St. Bartholomew's Hospital and Chair in Cancer Medicine at Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University
